I like to do things backwards...

So ummmm ... I know I should be studying for the Bar ... but how about instead I order wedding rings even though we don't even have a venue yet??? .... Ok!
The Big Guy and I want one thing in our bands .... simplicity! We just want simple, classic, elegant bands. Plus, its a Jewish tradition to have a ring that is unbroken (so no engraving, no embellishments) to symbolize the never ending nature of your love and bond to one another.

... And we found what we were looking for here.  I will do a full review when we receive the rings.

There is definitely something to be said for simplicity. And I love the "unbroken" symbolism.

Also, you are not doing things backwards. The rings are effing important! You are gonna wear them *every day* for the rest of your lives.

That's beautiful.

Now get back to studying!

I love your choice and agree with east side bride, the rings are so important! Are you having matching bands?

Thanks guys, I feel better now. You are so right, the rings are permanent! It completely makes sense to get them first! And, yeh, I am completely on the simplicity bandwagon for pretty much everything.

They don't exactly match but they are really similar. They are both plain but the Big Guy's is tungsten and mine is white gold, I will take pics and post them when they get here.

And now back to studying, haha thanks mama Krista!

Where did you find your band? A local store or somewhere else? Thanks!
